A water-dispersible granular insecticide formulated for the control of house flies in and around livestock and poultry facilities, including beef, dairy, swine and poultry operations. It is designed to reduce fly populations in areas where animals are housed, helping support a cleaner environment and improved animal comfort.

The formulation contains thiamethoxam, an insecticide that acts on the insect nervous system, combined with Z-9-tricosene, a fly attractant. This combination draws flies to treated surfaces where they consume or contact the product, resulting in rapid knockdown and effective control. The attractant helps increase fly interaction with treated areas, improving overall effectiveness.

Agita 10 WG delivers a dual mode of action through both ingestion and contact, allowing for consistent control of adult house flies. When applied according to label directions, it provides residual activity, helping maintain control over time and reducing the need for frequent reapplication.

The water-dispersible granule formulation allows for flexible application. It can be mixed with water and applied as a spray or brush-on treatment to surfaces where flies congregate, such as walls, posts, beams and around feeding areas. This targeted application supports efficient use within integrated pest management programs.

Agita 10 WG is commonly used in livestock operations where fly control is critical to maintaining animal health, reducing stress, and improving overall facility conditions.
