An antibacterial agent with activity against a variety of mainly Gram-positive pathogenic organisms. It's indicated for the treatment of bacterial pneumonia (shipping fever) in cattle and sheep, as well as for the treatment of erysipelas (cellulitis) in swine and for the treatment of strangles in horses.
