Vegetable Glycerin is derived entirely from vegetable oil and is pure. Often used straight or mixed with peppermint oil and administered orally to sooth and lubricate air passages allowing for easier breathing. In this application typically 30 cc is administered orally using an oral syringe, prior to exercise.
