- FLU-NIX meglumine is a potent, non-narcotic, non-steroidal, analgesic agent with anti-inflammatory and anti-pyretic activity.
- CATTLE - FLU-NIX is indicated for the control of pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease, endotoxemia and acute bovine mastitis in cattle. Also indicated for for the control of inflammation in endotoxemia.
- CATTLE - Inject 0.5-1.0 mg per lb of body weight, once daily, up to 3 days.
- HORSES - Recommended for the alleviation of the inflammation and pain associated with musculoskeletal disorders in the horse. It is also recommended for the alleviation of visceral pain associated with colic in the horse. FLU-NIX is four times more potent than phenylbutazone as measured by the reduction in lameness and swelling in the horse.
- HORSES - Inject 0.5 mg per lb of body weight, once daily, up to 5 days.
