Oral vaccination of newborn calves to stimulate rapid, active immunity against rota- and coronavirus diarrhea, two of the most prevalent forms of viral scours.
Can be given orally to newborn calves, or IM to pregnant cows, which transfer immunity to calves via protective antibodies in colostrum and milk.
Calves: Give 3ml dose as soon as possible after birth before the ingestion of colostrum. Cows: 2 IM dosages 3-6 weeks apart in late pregnancy; the 2nd being within 30 days prior to calving. Revaccinated with 2 doses during each subsequent pregnancy.
